Referee Billy J. has been the Senior IPW Referee since he first started in 2002. Referee Billy J. has been officiating the action inside the IPW ring all over the Midwest. He has been quoted as, "The Best Ref in The Midwest!"

Referee Billy J. has expanded his refereeing talents to other promotions as well, including 3XW, NEW, Neo-Pro Wrestling, WOW and others.

Referee Billy J. is an enforcer of the rules and will make sure the wrestlers are aware of them. For those that may not heed his warnings, Referee Billy J. has been known to get physically involved on occasion.
