Q: How long does training last?

Short answer: The workouts last between 2-6 hours, and a typical student will train                                 for 3-6 months (on weekends) before having their first match. The                                     length of time from beginning training to beginning match is entirely                                 based upon the individual progress of each student.

Q: What kind of wrestling do you teach?

Short answer: The best way to describe our style is a combination of the current televised wrestling product offered by WWE and                                  TNA.

Q: What do I need to do get in shape for wrestling?

Short answer: The cardiovascular demands of wrestling are very similar to other                                stop/start sports in that the intensity level changes dramatically throughout                          the contest. Any type of basic, interval cardio training is a good start.
